Kids can start training capoeira as young as 5 years old. Our kids classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm - 6:50pm.

Starting at 13 years old, teen and adults train together on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm - 7:50pm.

Every 2nd Friday of the month, Filhos de Palmares Capoeira hosts a teen and adults roda (circle). A roda is where we have live music and implement our capoeira training. It starts at 6pm and is open to the community.

A roda (circle) dedicated to our filhos (kids) occurs every 2nd Monday of each month. We hope to see you there.
